Refund policy

For hygiene and regulatory purposes, purchased items cannot be exchanged. 
Items delivered damaged or missing upon delivery can be refunded. To request a refund, please take a picture of the damage and share it with us at info@skwin.co.
If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 10 working days of the e-mail, depending on your bank's processing period. 
Shipping duties and taxes are not covered by Skwin.
